    I do NOT recommend calling the 800 number for any help!!! If you want hometown, southern hospitality, I encourage you to call or visit the Robertsdale branch!!! The ladies/gents in the branch are WONDERFUL and will help you in any way possible!! I was so upset with the online banking/800 number, I was ready to close my acct!! But, I called the Rdale branch, and Ms. Lynn was so wonderful and helped me with what I needed!!

    Grew up going to this store. Even before the new building was built. Everyone is like family. The local men come and sit on the bench and drink their coffee in the mornings. They serve breakfast sandwiches and have a great lunch menu. Also have the best pizza around here. My kids favorite after school snack place.

Anytime we have made life changes, he has been there to make sure that we were well taken care of. His office displays an exceptional level of customer service.     This bank is a joke. A 12 year old child had a check from the Baldwin County Fair written on their bank and refused to cash it due to a 12 YEAR OLD not having a picture ID. Please beware when choosing a bank that this one stands for harassment of children who was so proud of his 15.00 check that he made a copy of it to keep Please use REGIONS as they are more family friendly and cashed his birthday CHECK written on their bank no questions asked.
